Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Returns
Due to the nature of candles and handmade products, we only accept returns in case of damaged or defective items.
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos).
👉 Please make a video while opening the package at the time of delivery to help us verify claims.
2. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
